About the Studio
Our Story
Founded by OC-based autistic cartoonist and animation specialist Sebastian Dorn, Dorn Comics is dedicated to crafting vivid worlds and characters that spark imagination.
A native of Santa Rosa, California, Sebastian started drawing at 2 years old at the time he was diagnosed with high-functioning autism. At 10, he and his family settled in Orange County, and over the years, he took inspiration from Charles M. Schulz's timeless comic strip Peanuts, the Hanna-Barbera cartoon series SWAT Kats, Sonic the Hedgehog, the Star Fox games, and even anime.
In 2022, his love to art, cartooning, and even animation led him to creating his first-ever comic book series, entitled TurboFox!
He began showcasing his comics at local library conventions in Orange and Anaheim, and recently, at conventions such as Whittier Comic Fest. Over the years, Sebastian has made at least six issues of the TurboFox comic saga, and is now currently planning a TurboFox animated short film.

Sparky - A young Fennec inventor and the team's tech wiz.
and Vicki Vixen - A star athlete and the team's martial artist.
